Terms of Service
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall become binding on ticket opening. In opening a ticket you will be considered as having accepted the Terms.
The expression ‘we’ ‘us’ ‘our’ is used to refer to Elixr Studios and our employees and associates.
We shall only communicate with you via our ticket system, should you receive contact outside of this it is most likely a scam.
1. Our services
Elixr Studios provides graphic design and branding services to clients. We reserve the right to decline any project or service request at our discretion.
2. Payment
Payment is required in full before any work is begun on a project. We accept payment via most crypto currencies.
3. Project Information and Timeline
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information and assets in a timely manner to ensure the project stays on schedule. Deadlines are estimates and may be subject to change. If a deadline is discussed this is excluding revisions
4. Changes and Revisions
We reserve the right to increase costs should the project be protracted or should your initial instruction change.
5. Refunds
Refunds will not be issued once work has begun on a project.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and work product created by Elixr Studios remain the property of Elixr Studios and may not be used or shared without our consent.
7. File Delivery
Final files will be delivered in the appropriate format for use. We do not provide project files and these will not be delivered with the order.
8. File Sale
At our discretion, we may choose to sell project files for an additional 50% of the order value.
9. Communication
All communication must be carried out via your ticket. You are not to contact our employees direct
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services in the completion of a project, but all work is ultimately done by our professional team of trusted individuals.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service and rescind payment if any of these terms are breached.
